You all make sense of a very strange season. To quote another song "Things can only get better". Onwards and upwards Blues. Also last nights Live BMP made sense of a lot of the scratch heads moments that we all had thoughout the season.
" if I hadn't seen such riches I could live with being poor " ....wise words from Tim booth and sums up my views on the 24/25 campaign. Pep has to shoulder some blame of course for leaving things be by choice last summer but the rodri injury led to a major drop off and loss in form from virtually everyone else particularly between Oct and december.top 3 best players is difficult but probably 1. Gvardiol 2. O'Reilly 3. Bernardo ...we are not quite at picking Richard Dunne for turning up as POTY just yet .worst player probably walker , nunes struggling but picked up a bit towards the end . Gundo also not great a lot of the time.best moment of the season for me was John stones late equaliser v arsenal at home and all the shenanigans afterwards .
I actually disagree with Rob Toole on Nunes. Imagine your boss saying that about you after he hires you. Inspite of this he's worked hard to become a better right back. O'Reilly will become a great very soon. Hopefully Foden can find some form and maybe Jack, if he's still around and with a bit of luck Godri can stay fit. Be interesting to see how he plays Nico around him, as he looks full of potential.
Dan and the lads. You boys make sense out of this season’s nonsense. Cheers
